How to Care for Your Feet


Taking care of your feet is what we do.

People do not think too often about their feet and do not care too much about them. Your feet may be the most abused and often used parts of the body, what with all the walking and running that you do everyday.  Feet play an essential role of almost everything you do.

 Twenty five percent of the bones of your body are in your feet. They are the foundation of your body. Whether walking, running, exercising, or just standing, having feet that are comfortable makes the experience must more pleasant.You should care for your feet every day. 




  • Make sure to wash your feet daily.
  • Massage them daily.  
  • Get a pedicure every two weeks.
  • Moisturize your feet everyday.
  • Visit a podiatrist for regular checkup.


And if you notice any of signs of fungus infection, call to make an appointment with experienced podiatrist.
